Hey guys! Matt and Jordan here. We wanted to talk to you today about something that happens to a lot of athletes, especially those who are playing tennis, pickleball, or other sports using a racquet of some kind. These kinds of activities can lead to elbow pain, which can limit your ability to do the things you love to do. We wanted to give you some clues on how to best handle this when it comes up. There are several different types of elbow pain, but we wanted to talk specifically about pain on the outside of the elbow. We call this area the lateral epicondyle. We want to talk specifically about Tennis Elbow (or lateral epicondylitis).
