Layton: From I-15, take Antelope Drive east and turn north on 1700 W. Our office is located on the east side of Tanner Clinic off 1700 W. Our entrance is outside the east doors of Tanner Clinic, just down the stairs. We also have an access ramp as well.
Syracuse: Located on the corner of Antelope and 2000 W near the WalMart.
